SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping
We ship within 2-3 business day of order received, if the product is in stock. For custom orders and products that are backordered, the shipping timelines will be communicated when the order is confirmed.
Ideal delivery time: 5 - 7 business days.
Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for shipping & deliveries.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: Depends on the weight/volume and postal code where the product needs to be shipped to.
Shipping within India is free for all orders above Rs. 1500
International Shipping
Ideal delivery time: 10 - 15 business days.
International Shipping Rates
- A flat shipping fee of Rs 1500 is applied on all the orders at the checkout.
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
- Please provide your mobile number and your complete shipping address including the pin-code to ensure smooth delivery of your order.
- For international orders, duties and taxes are not included as part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
- In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, "Discover Bohogully, your destination for premium handcrafted goods at unbeatable online prices. Explore our curated collection and experience quality and affordability combined." Creation will unfortunately not be able to entertain a request for refund.
- Incase your order is not delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you first check the order status. We also suggest that you check that the address you have provided for the delivery is correct. Deliveries are attempted 3 times before a return is initiated.

RETURNS
- All our products go through a quality check, and we hope that you never have a reason to return your purchase.
- We have a 48-hour Exchange/ Return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.
- To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt of purchase and other relevant proof i.e., unboxing video of the package.
- To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at itsbohokids@gmail.com. Please note that returns/ exchange will need to be sent to address where product was shipped from.
- You have to self-ship the product and We will not cover the shipping charges for Return/Exchange.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- We are not liable for any Returns/ exchange that we were not notified about first.
Refund:
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at itsbohokids@gmail.com.
- International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.
